- Developed a multi-factor supplier risk framework and built it into production-ready software for the Critical Components team's workflow
- Built Risk Radar, a live dashboard that scores 2,400+ components across 70+ suppliers by risk tier
- Integrated four enterprise data systems with AI research that cites its sources for supplier and component context
- Added a plain-English assistant for querying, bulk-editing, and exporting data, with every change previewed, approved by a person, and reversible
- Built a BOM upload tool that risk-scores uploaded bills of materials in minutes
- Built a hardware configuration tool that shows real cost breakdowns from live enterprise pricing data
- Delivered automated nightly refresh, disaster recovery, and full handoff documentation
